Your role

As an Adoption Consultant / Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for setting up successful projects with clients, maintaining close contact with them and creating valuable ‘journeys’ that promote the adoption of new technologies. You will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the implementation process, being able to move quickly and provide effective solutions to any challenges that arise.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a driven individual, with at least HBO/college-level thinking and experience in a similar role, preferably as a project leader in an implementation organisation. You have a proven track record in customer contact and are able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation. You have a keen eye for detail and are able to switch quickly between different projects and tasks.

The recruitment process

Step 1: We receive your cover letter and resume. We make a first assessment on a potential fit;

Step 2: You have an intake with a WTSS representative; this is a short online interview where you can get to know WTSS a little bit better;

Step 3: Your CV and motivation will be presented to others within the WTSS team. You will be invited for an (online) interview;

Step 4: Potentially there will be a second round of interviews so you can get to know the team and experience the office;

Step 5: Congratulations, you will receive an offer!
